COVID-19 Prevention Protocol

In the current situation, we have reinforced our biosecurity protocols to prevent COVID-19. This prevention protocol allows us to minimize the risk of infection during dental visits.

What are the prevention measures?
While scheduling and confirming the dentist’s appointment:
  • We will sent a questionare inquiring about your general health. You will have to answer this with a maximum of 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. This will allow us to discard a posible coronavirus infection.
  • We will sent you detailed information of our Protocol of Biosecurity for its strict fulfillment during your dentist’s appointment.
  • It is only allowed the entrance of the patient to the dental clinic. It is not allowed to come with companion unless the patient is under-age, elder or is a disabled person.
  • There is a minimun of 30 minutes between appointments for the desinfection of the enviroment.
Upon arrival at the dental clinic:
  • Temperature will be checked to verify that it is below 37.5 °C.
  • Hands will be desinfected with alcohol gel.
  • Patient’s personal objects will be stored in a designated and safe space. This measure includes cellphones.
  • We will give you personal protective equipment such as disposable cap, shoe covers, etc.
Before your going in with the dentist:
  • Use of mouth rinse.
  • The dentist and assistant with use a disposable coverall, facial mask, mask, cap, gloves, etc..
After the appointment:
  • Mouth rinse will be used once again.
  • Deep desinfection and ventilation of the room.
  • Esterilization or disposal of the instruments.

All of this considerations on our Prevention protocol minimize the risk of infection and allows us to treat you safely and to take care of the health of everyone involved. Health is a basic and esential need, which is why our clinic will be open during the State of Emergency. Dental urgencies and emergencies will be prioritised.
